"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Joshua is a rare breed, a handyman that is not only handy but seems to actually take pride in his work AND cares about his customers.  Every time I text Joshua with a problem he gets back to me within a 30 minutes, always with a positive attitude and a choice of how you want your project done (quick fix or real fix).  He explains everything carefully and asks if you understand or if you have questions.  Best part you get all this and very resonable prices, he expresses the fact that he cares that his customers are not overcharged, another reviewer mentioned character, I think in goes farther...Joshua has integrity, so rare to find in a serviceperson these days.
When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"The job took almost two full days to complete, a little longer than expected.  In part, it was due to the unexpected rough opening enlargement that needed to take place.  Kerry and his associates took care of it in a professional manner.  By the end of the first day, the new door was already in place, with a new lock installed.  The next day (Sunday, I really appreciated Kerry spending most of his weekend to complete the job), was devoted to installing casing, external trim, sealing and painting.
I had to pitch in on the door delivery from the local hardware store and on the lock installation, but I am happy with the overall result.  The door looks professionally installed and has a nice, solid feel to it when opened or closed.  Kerry had lots of previous experience with similar projects, and it shows.
