"Michael Kuretich thoroughly tested the inside and outside of the house for lead paint. He took many samples from linoleum glue (black tar) on different surfaces and had them tested for asbestos. He came back a few times and tested the air after the removal of lead-containing bathroom tiles and flooring that contained asbestos in the glue. He did not charge me for one of his visits and inspections. His price is really fair while maintaining quality. He is knowledgeable ang gives sound advice. I used one of the companies he recommended for lead and asbestos removal and I was very happy with their work as well.
Another company listed with Angie's List wanted much more for the same service. When I asked why, he said that is the price for and quot;wall-to- wall testing.and quot; Please watch out for crooks.

"Ron was absolutely wonderful and immediately allayed any fears I had concerning the mold remediation. When I first called him, he spent a considerable amount of time explaining about mold and his protocol in examining a site. After explaining that he uses the EPA guidelines in his recommendations for remediation, I knew I had the right man for my needs. He completely examined the affected area, took lab samples and sent me his very detailed preliminary report containing the treatment recommendations and a separate report with the lab results. Because this was for a rental unit with two small children within the family of occupants, I knew I had to be thorough and careful in my treatment approach. All this on a football playoff Sunday! Ron is so awesomely superior in his service that he blows away the competition. He not only saved me thousands over a bid I had received from a mold remediation company for the job, but gave superlative support through the entire process. "In December 2009 we discovered mold in an upstairs bedroom closet.  We found Circle Vision Construction on Jen's List, where Frank Colbert was highly recommended.  From day one, Frank managed all aspects of the mold remediation and subsequent reconstruction.  He negotiated with the insurance company, who paid him directly so we didn't have to deal with any payments.  His staff was polite, clean and extremely efficient.  We experienced none of the contractor issues we hear from friends and colleagues.  He brought in a top notch designer, who was covered within the insurance funds.  All rooms involved were torn out, down to the studs.  We remodeled the upstairs bath, adjacent bedroom, powder room and laundry room to custom home standards, all within the insurance funds.  This included hard wood floors, tile, custom cabinets for the baths and laundry room, granite, high end lighting fixtures and hardware. In additon, Frank arranged for wood floors to be laid and substantial interior and exterior painting including repair of our window trim, patio cover, and gazebo, which had suffered both termite and weather-related damage.  The project took about 6 months to complete and we were able to live in the home all through that time.  Throughtout that time, Frank was a constant presence, from overseeing his subcontractors, to performing hands on work, to taking us shopping to pick out hardware, tile, wood and granite.

In October 2010, a hot water pipe behind the wetbar in our family room burst requiring more mold remediation and complete reconstruction.  We called Frank immediately.  Again he negotiated with the insurance company, and we were able to lay hardwood floors, install custom cabinetry, and re-construct a pub-style bar with granite and wood and a built in refrigerator, all within the insurance funds. We worked with the same designer, who selected window treatments, sofa cushions, throw rugs and accessories to complete the look of the room.

"We would like to thank Steve and everyone else involved on our kitchens new look. Cabinet designer did an amazing job, incorporating them with the rest of the house. Electricians were very detail oriented, tight cables, safety pipes and very useful tips. Plumbers were also very efficient, and managed to satisfy my dads wishes in terms of path and material. Crew that did our tiles was very friendly, offered us designs, many possible options and some hints on color match etc. They were very friendly, polite, informative and above everything very professional. They showed up to work each day on time and sometimes even earlier. Leaving their job site left us every day with clean area, excess garbage was removed, everything tidy and sorted out in piles then removed. Our questions were approached seriously and I'm personally very happy with all of their answers, especially with Steve's, his tips were priceless. I believe the whole project was a huge success because we managed to establish excellent communication with Steve and his crew. Every step in the remodeling process went smoothly. From the first day, when they started with removal of overused equipment and interior to the final days of cabinet installation, painting and doing the final touches, Steve was there 100% of the time spent. He was right on top of each job that needed his attention.

We had a total kitchen remodeling ? every cabinet and counter top, electrical and plumbing changed, new floor, and one window removed and another window moved a bit with some wall adjustment. The complete job is very well done. They managed to fit into our budget quite easy, since I never heard a word about it. And everything is so gorgeous. The tile work on our floor is my favorite part beside cabinets. The finish on our cabinets is beautiful and detailed. Working with Steve and his crew was a fun and pleasant experience.
