"Karol is a very nice guy to work with. He is approachable, easy to communicate with. He goes through the project from end to end on our first visit, explain how he would build the frame, cut the wood, the timeline. He also finds a stone guy and coordinates the work. When actually doing the work, he puts cardboards on our floor to avoid scratching. Upon request, he also did a prototype for us, and when we change our mind to use a different style, he redoes the bulk of the project. I would recommend Karol to anyone who needs carpenter work!"

"About 1 hour before our scheduled meeting time Ganaro called and asked if we could push our appointment back about an hour.  I rearranged my schedule and agreed.  I left the house to run errands and he called again just a shot time later and asked if we could move it back to the original time.  I dropped what I was doing and went back to the house to meet with him.  Once he arrived he was nice and courteous.  However, without asking what I wanted done, he started trying to sell me on a series of big project unrelated to why I had set the meeting.  On three occasions I tried to bring him back into talking about the projects I needed done and he kept trying to turn it into something much bigger.  He was constantly trying to sell me something and not asking questions about what I wanted to do.  I finally asked him to leave.

"They did a good job of gutter cleaning and deck washing on a 16-suite medical office building, and Rolando was very informative about what the crew was doing and why. He quoted me the added cost to install stainless-steel gutter guard screens, which I had them do while on the job. These screens are a bit pricey, but it seems to be a good quality product and they did excellent work."
