"Jose was friendly and professional. My job was not considered large by any means (re-hanging a gate) but he completed it in short order and cleaned up after himself. "I'm doing this review for my uncle because he is not very tech savyy. He was skeptical at first because he was investing such a big amount of money in the kitchen. I don't blame him... 15 000$ is quite a bit of money!  He loved the service and though that they were very professional! You should let your initial paint job dry at least 12 hours before opening the door. Check your work after 12 hours have passed to confirm there are no uneven patches, or signs of the old paint showing though—if you see any, we recommend applying a second coat of paint and waiting an additional 12 hours for it to dry. 

You do not need to drywall over most types of garage insulation. However, doing so can increase noise reduction, make the space more attractive, and keep children and pets from touching harmful fiberglass insulation. If you’re using cellulose or some other type of blown-in insulation (fiberglass and mineral wool are common), you will need drywall to contain the insulation material.

We recommend plywood and solid wood. Particleboard and MDF (medium-density fiberboard) are often too weak to hold significant loads, and could sag or deform under pressure. Plywood or solid wood are meant to last, and can handle the weight of several large items. If you want to spend a little more for a moisture-resistant material, you can consider using steel.

This is a matter of personal preference. However, building a detached structure is generally considered better if you intend to rent out the new space. The advantage to going with an attached garage addition is that you may pay less for plumbing, HVAC, and other features because you can use the existing systems from your home to carry over piping and wires.

Most cabinetry made for a garage will have special coatings and finishes built to withstand extreme heat and cold, moisture, pest damage, rusting, and dry rot. However, many homeowners have put their old kitchen cabinets in the garage, added a couple of fresh coats of paint, and use them for a while without too much wear and tear.
