We converted our old, cluttered garage into a gorgeous one-bedroom unit for my mom, and I honestly couldn?t be happier. Elvis handled every step: from permits to finishes - with professionalism and care. The team was incredibly responsive, and they stayed on schedule without cutting corners. It added value to our property and peace of mind to our family.

Elvis is a very solid guy. Very knowledgeable technically, competent, efficient and thorough. He was able to locate and repair a previous imperfect installation by another repairman, so now the doorbell works very well. Elvis is also very personable with a very friendly, pleasant and reassuring manner. He explained everything very carefully and in detail. We went over all of the options. The work was done very well, very successfully, and was of excellent quality. The job was also very reasonably priced. I am highly satisfied. I would highly recommend Elvis to anyone needing electrical repair work and installations.

Elvis and his crew did a good job as far as the work went, but things went south when it the time came to close out the city permits. The inspector would not close them without addressing a few issues. I called Elvis and left many messages, He could not answer his phone or return calls. I tried for 3 months to get him to take care of this, and I heard nothing from him. I ended up having to file a complaint with the state licensing board to get him to contact me. He finally came out and worked with the city to close the permits. The fact that I had to file a complaint with the CA State Licensing Board to get him to contact me after paying him over $10,000 for the work done was infuriating, to say the least. I would not hire him again and I would not recommend him.

Elvis was very professional. Plus I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would definitely hire him again.

Came to deal with an emergency electrical problem in less than 24 hrs. from the call. Had all the nesessary tools and hardware. Reasonably priced service call.

Elvis and his professional staff came to the property and gave their quote for the jobs that needed to be done. The quote was more than fair without any fudging involved-an honest wage for an honest days work. The job of building the garage including the demolition and dump hauls was completed in a respectable timely fashion and not only that but Elvis answered my calls immediately and answered any and all concerns with a professional attitude. I trust Elvis and while we were away from our home he was more than welcome to come in to use the electrical plug ins or for any other needs he may have had. His work along with his employees is excellent and done with pride and craftsmanship. No short cuts and if it was not done to his or our liking he is the type of person who would start all over again if necessary. I would not hesitate to hire Elvis Mendez for contractor work of any kind and since I am a real estate agent locally I will recommend his services for clients that may be in need of upgrading/remodeling their homes prior to placing on the market. He was outstanding. Outstanding! always arrived on time and was polite. Best was he did excellent work and came in under his estimate. He was constantly thinking during the project and came up with better, less expensive solutions several times and seemed to understand how EVERYTHING works! He replaced a refrigerator and ended up not needing to remove tile or make a new cabinet as we originally thought.

Elvis was prompt and thorough. We actually had a faulty circuit that needed to be replaced. He took care of that and did some troubleshooting on a short on our front porch. He was so kind and honest. Gave me all kinds of great information and suggestions. I would highly recommend him.

I think Elvis has the most important of all qualities when it comes to serving customers. He is clearly thoughtful and caring about doing his best work. Specifically, I noticed he was thorough is getting all of my house's exterior dirt and cobwebs off while cleaning. Second, he communicated patiently yet firmly, instructions to his assistant. I liked his personal touch, too.
