When all architect companies wanted to take me for thousands of dollars Amir instead gave me the tools (knowledge) of what needed to be done to get the site and floor plan done for the city. You don’t meet many business people that will give you honest free advice so Amir is greatly I meant greatly appreciated for his assistance and guidance in getting my site and floor plan completed for the city. "The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. I am a licensed contractor in another trade so I have a good understanding of doing a job right with a critical eye for workmanship."
