"I saved the deal & requested a call on Sunday evening, got a call Monday morning, and the work was completed Tuesday as requested. For responsiveness it's really an A+. I checked a few other companies to get a range of costs, and this deal was really good. There were others that were lower, but they restricted the number of vents cleaned and did not include the dryer vent. For price & value, A+ again. Ed, who I spoke to on the phone, and Sean, who performed the work, were very professional, went over all the details with me, even things I didn't know to ask. I was not asked or pressured to buy anything else, which I really appreciate. A+ again. As for the work they did, there was an immediate improvement to the air in my home. I have been sleeping & breathing better, my asthma and allergy issues improved right away, and I was able to turn on the heat without having to leave the house or start coughing & sneezing. A+++ I didn't think it would make this much of a difference, but now that it's done, I can't recommend it enough. And I can't recommend this company enough either.
