I i unfortunately hired another company to clean my dryer vent (which was 80% blocked) who basically ripped us off. We subsequently reached out to Vent Wizard and spoke to Chalae who walked us through their process and reassured us their technician would be available the following day and able to confirm and resolve our issue. The next day Isaiah showed up on time and quickly confirmed the vent was in fact blocked. They were able to clear the vent at half of the price the other vendor charged me for. When it comes to dryer vents, you can trust and count on Vent Wizardâ ¦..outstanding customer service and a trustworthy company!!

Truly one and done service! Every interaction from appointment setting to final wrap up and payment was professional and thoughtful. The work was done efficiently with no mess left behind. I highly recommend this service it made an immediate improvement in my stuffy nose and itchy allergy eyes. I am planning to have this cleaning done annually to prevent dust and lint buildup in the dryer and air ducts., great results! Zero inconvenience!

Marcel and JOSHUA went above and beyond. I really had a mess with the ducts and back up for years. They had to replace the whole system. They made sure they got everything to do the job professionally, including foam and caulking to complete it all and seal it all. I was very, very pleased. It is very difficult to find someone to come out and clean dryer vents, which is why I called them to begin with. They spent a lot of time, even went and got some additional things that were needed. I would highly recommend them for anyone whose dryer is not drying their clothes. Your duct s need cleaning!
