"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"The plumbers were very professional and prompt but I still have a leaking air conditioner. To be fair, they did tell me that since they could not see where the AC unit drained too, they couldn't confirm that the problem was fixed. Why I won't hire them again is that 10 minutes of the 20 minute visit maybe was spent undoing the drain pipe and blowing something down it to attempt to unclog it. The rest of the time was spent pitching their service membership. And the 10 minutes of service amounted to 300 dollars. Seems steep to me. If we have to get more involved with this repair, I worry that the charges will be exceptionally high despite some service membership had we joined. After looking again at other plumbers on Angies List, I think I can find someone who will work better with me instead of following their corporate script on upselling and fees."
