Fabulously! The provider had the proper tools to do each rug to its specifications. Provider was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the services he performed. I'm thrilled with the results.

We have a light beige carpet that's at least 5 years old and likely twice that. I've cleaned it myself and had other servicers clean it as well. It's been maybe 9 months since it's been cleaned. These guys were here on time, measured up the space to confirm my measurements, and got to work. They put up plastic barriers to avoid damaging doorways, and used mats on the stairs. They spotted first, then went after it with their machine. I was very impressed. This carpet has not been this clean in the 5 years we've lived here. They got out all the stains, cat barf, etc. And the machine really sucks out the water. There is no residue that I can detect. We will definitely put them on the top of our list for next time.
