"I hired Jeff to replace our old leaking patio roof that had plastic type of sheeting as the material. Instead of going with the same material he suggested that we use metal sheeting because of the durability and longevity. It also looked a lot nicer. He noticed some of the wood frame was rotting away and suggested we replaced that as well since everything will be torn apart. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the work in a very timely manner as well as showed up on time. He was also able to complete the job under budget even with using better quality materials.
