"I found Melvin by chance after looking for several contractors to paint our townhome (prices were outrageous, between 17k-35k) to paint a 1800sq ft place with very high ceilings in places. Painting was very reasonable at about $9500 plus materials (at about $3000). Their quality of work patching holes big and small, making cracks on the wall look like it never happened, and their attention to detail was unmatched while painting baseboards, door trims, walls and ALL our cabinetry (bathrooms and kitchen). Melvin is a perfectionist! I have never been able to say that about any painter. I know that if you are reading this it will be hard for you to grasp how great this company is. But let me give you peace of mind: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY HAVE LOADS of pictures of their work for reference. They also have the most awesome handyman (Josue) and the counter top guy (Marvin).. he was incredible and very skilled at refinishing 3 bathroom counter tops. They are very organized and clean up after themselves. I truly feel that I was the luckiest person to have found them and they turn my home into an absolute gem 💎. Please give them a chance. I know how stressful it can be, to be amidst selling your home plus finding the right people to give your place some upgrades. This company was an absolute great find."

"Enrique and his team from Palalios & Sons Painting did an outstanding job with exterior painting on our two-story home in Marin. They prepped meticulously, then did a gorgeous job on painting our home which has outdoor trellises and decking also. They were careful, thoughtful, put in many long hours, and did a great job on clean up too. We could not be happier! And our neighbors love it. We get compliments every day. "CertaPro came and did a bid on painting my southern wall last summer. I almost chose them but picked the lowest bid instead. Bad mistake! The lowest bidder (Innovation Painting) totally flaked out on me and kept pushing the job back and eventually just stopped taking my calls. I should have called CertaPro back right away, but it was winter and raining so I let things slide until this summer. I emailed my contact at CertaPro and asked if he wanted to do a re-bid on the job. I also contacted another painter. I didn't hear from my CertaPro contact and figured he didn't want to waste any more of his time with me, and signed a contract with another company. But I was wrong. It turned out that my contact no longer worked with the company, and his emails were being forwarded to the bosses, Steve and Norie Bonbright, who did answer my email and would have been happy to do a re-bid. But it was too late. I had already signed a contract with the other company. Through no fault of their own, CertaPro didn't get the job. But through it all they were polite, professional, and helpful. They even gave me tips on getting the most attractive finish on the job. My house is big, and eventually I'm going to need to paint the other three walls. When I do, CertaPro will be the first company I call."

"We recently hired Urbinas to paint our front door and wouldn't recommend them. Ulysses came out to paint the door only to tell us that he wasn't able to paint a door that wasn't hung in the doorway and asked us to get our contractor to hang the door and install the hardware before painting. After having the door installed Ulysses and his father painted the door but forgot to paint the top and bottom of the door which voided our warranty with the door company. The door company came out and asked if we had hired someone who was licensed and bonded because the work didn't reflect someone who follows the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America standards. When we asked for a refund Ulysses blamed us saying we should have told him to paint the top and bottom and we are now left with a door that is now out of warranty and have to pay for another licensed and bonded painter to fix the mistake."

"Ok, first of all "Green Oak Painting" is the Wrong Name....It is should be "Perfect, Spectacular, Professional, Honest, Prompt, Thorough, Affordable and REAL Painters". I found Green Oak painting on Angi's list, and called them among other painters to get a quote. After sending in a request for a quote, I received a call within the hour about them stopping by in 30mins to do a walk through of the house! I had no idea they were so prompt! We really appreciated it because we did want to get the painting done within 2 weeks. After the initial walk through, I received an invoice for the quote and its details in my email by the end of the day. Omar kept very good communication throughout the whole process, whether it be email, cellular, or weekends - so dependable! Omar and his team just painted the exterior of our 2 story home. They were fast, efficient, thorough, friendly and helpful. They did power wash , prime, caulking, 2 coat painting on the whole house. Omar and crew were very accommodating as they went above and beyond for every little detail. The crew was amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. The guys were not satisfied until I was satisfied and they took customer happiness to the extreme. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! I would definitely use Green Oak Painting again and would highly recommend them! A couple of neighbors have already asked for their contact info because everything looks so good. Amazing customer service, responsive and very professional! A+++"
