"Work was excellent. Ocean Seven Builders Crew was very professional and arrived on time. Excellent preparations before work began, covering all plants surrounding the house. Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise. The finished work, roof looks beautiful. The initial service call was excellent taking time and covering all the work details, color, upgrade options and benefits. Excellent follow-up after initial visit via email. Very responsive to all follow-on questions. We felt like they were doing the quality of work they would do on their own homes. The powerwasher arrived on time and was very polite, seemed to know what he was doing. 
I have a large organic garden on one side of my house which I did not want flooded with bleach or cleaning chemicals.  It was a bit unclear exactly what is in the solution they use, the powerwasher said it would not hurt plants, but to be safe I did not have him wash the one side of my garage that the garden is adjacent to.
We have white vinyl siding that had alot of dark dirt/mold on it -- they did an excellent job getting everything very clean.  No damage to any plants, windows, etc.
The only reason I did not rate an "A" is that they did not have a chemical/bleach free option.
