94 3/2015 Installed a bathroom door and damaged the wood floor threshold. Asked him to fix it and after waiting weeks, he said he would not waste his time trying to find the correct piece and replace it. All the work was done very slowly, and mistakes were made that had to be corrected.
I was very happy with my floors when Bob was finished. I had them done before but Bob had a new idea for my floors that made look better than great! I plan on having more work done.
