He came out to my house the day after Memorial Day to inspect the area to be repaired and he provided a quote that fell within the range for drywall repair as provided by Angi. I hired him to replace a closet ceiling that had collapsed due to water damage. He scheduled the job within 3 days. He arrived at the designated time and did an excellent job. He thoroughly prepared the work area, he reinforced the A/C ducting before installing new drywall, he taped and sealed the drywall, and he applied texture coating. "I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."
