Well, this is a bummer but I paid Ariel a $2500 deposit and he has officially disappeared with my money, missing two install dates. Eventually, I had to hire someone else to do the job. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

It went horribly wrong! I contacted a representative of the company named Ariel. The contractor required a deposit of $4909.70 to start the work. This was on February 8, 2021. On April 15, 2021, I electronically signed a contract and put down the deposit, so that the work could commence. On May 16, 2022, after more than a year, Ariel sent me a letter stating that he was unable to obtain the work permit and offered to complete the exterior staircase and railing without a permit and if he couldn't, he promised to return my deposit of $4909.70. I informed him by text that this was not legally possible and to return my deposit. Since May 16, 2022, he has refused/ignored my efforts to contact him: certified letter, texts and phone calls. I want this company put on notice, so that no other customer will be schemed out of their money.

They never responded to my quote request.

It went perfect. Ariel was very personable, he's very warm, good communicator and I don't have any complaints with the delayed. The work was very attracted and he executed the work with high standards.

Ariel Delaquintana came every day he said he would and built us a two story spiral galvanized steel staircase in our back yard, The job included two areas for small decks and landings for each story. He travelled from the peninsula, but arrived on time each day. When the co-vid restrictions were lifted he finished the job on budget. and he and his assistant Marvin left the place clean and tidy each day. We are very pleased with the job and happy to recommend him. Now we are enjoying a larger yard for our garden and using the deck for morning coffee and afternoon beverages--thanks to Ariel. After two weeks he called to check and see if everything was OK and promised to stop by and fix one squeaky spot. Nice that the contractor called us and not us having to call the contractor.
