"I think the owner may do great work on floors and carpets, but the cleaning job on my mattress with urine staining wasn't thorough. He spent plenty of time, so I don't think it was due to effort, but possibly not having the right macking for cleaning apolstery."

When I changed my mind on what I wanted it was no problem getting new samples. The installers were professional and did a great job.
