He helped make a lower bedroom complete (it was a pass through from the garage that the prior owner had made into a bedroom, permits were obtained but the owner didn’t change the concrete floor) he leveled up the concrete floor adding plywood and installed the laminated floors. I definitely would hire him again and I highly recommend him. 5***** I have photos and can send them on request."
