"Patrick showed up on time and did a thorough job. Carpet smelled of string urine from our old Great Dane. He cleaned the stains and removed the smell at a very reasonable price. "i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

"They cleaned the kitchen & appliances as well as the usual bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting.  They did an excellent job on the kitchen, floors & bathrooms.  My carpets were also shampooed.
Personally, the dusting of wall hangings, blinds, light fixtures & appliances was the most important to me & this was their weakest area- my wooden blinds still had some dust & even a cobweb or two were left behind.  Blinds & decor were not dusted w/ the attention to detail Cumex showed in other areas. 
Additional note:  My furniture & decor was rearranged.  I understand that everything won't end up exactly as it was, but there was some major redecorating & moving of furniture.
However, I would give them another opportunity since the rest of their cleaning was efficient and thorough.
