"It went well. The icemaker needed a new part, which the technician did not have with him. So he obtained the necessary part and came back the next day and installed it. The icemaker is working perfectly again."

"I scheduled an air conditioner tune-up with Roy O. Cook and Sonny came out on the scheduled date and time. He did a thorough job of testing the compressor, cleaning the coils and measuring the air flow. I have a 4-ton unit and his meter showed my a/c unit was only performing at about 2.5 tons. After cleaning the coils and making adjustments, he was able to increase the efficiency to 3.7 tons. This is a significant improvement which equates to my a/c unit performing better when the hot weather eventually kicks in. Roseville Electric currently has a program that provides a $75 rebate towards a comprehensive tune-up. Sonny did an outstanding job and I'll definitely hire them again."

"This is the second house we’ve had the Luviano Brothers install appliances. The first house was a gas range, subzero, microwave, vent and wine refrigerator. We sold that house and recently had them install an induction cooktop with downdraft and a dishwasher. They are the best and I wouldn’t even consider hiring someone else. They are thorough, so knowledgeable, neat and very kind. A pleasure to have in the house. They won’t leave until it’s right."

"He was on time, returned within his estimated time frame for parts delivery. Ice machine is great. I threw in his replacing our water filter figuring it would be a few dollars more for him to do. The part was three times what it is at Home Depot. He did advise that it was probably cheaper for me to buy it myself. I didn't listen and told him to install it so I can't complain. I just don't recommend anyone else buy a filter from him before asking price first."

"As far as Heating and cooling, Park Mechanical Heating & Air.  We've had them a couple of times for annual service and they seem very diligent and professional and helpful and clean.  They're reasonably priced.  They were here last in November.  We're on an annual contract for the service but I'm not sure what it is but it is reasonable. "

Gas Grill Installation questions, answered by experts

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

DIY is not recommended due to safety concerns. Professional installation ensures proper connections and compliance with codes.

Yes, most states require a plumber to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations. Check our state licensing tool to review the local plumber guidelines.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

The cost of a gas grill burner ranges from $10 to $100 or more, depending on the brand. If you’re replacing one burner, consider replacing all the burners simultaneously. Although it will cost more upfront, it will save you the hassle of replacing a burner every few months, and your grill will cook more evenly and efficiently.

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.
