The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. "Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. "Mark is absolutely amazing. He came into a bad situation and saved my house! I had been ripped off by a horrible tile installer and I was concerned my dream home was never going to look the way I wanted. Mark ripped out all the bad work and started the whole job from scratch. His attention to detail was amazing to watch and I appreciated his work ethic. Between my kitchen and two bathrooms, Mark installed a wide range of expert level tile. One bathroom was a full Mosaic floor and wall to wall and ceiling! Mark's custom tile hood over my stove is truly something right out of a magazine.  Mark was so easy to work with and made great suggestions whenever an element of design was unclear. Only when one room was perfect and I had signed off would he move on to the next one. I would also like to mention that Mark was very clean. He set a standard for respect and cleanliness on my job site that had a ripple effect through the other workers.
