"Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "The plumber (-Avi) came on time and was very professional. He took the time to check out the issue and when he found out that it wasn;t a water line break, he recommended to have another professional services (-A/C) to have a look at it. He didn't push for doing any unnecessary repairs. He even explained to me how to find out if the source of the leak is coming from a water line, Most importantly, he respected the homeowner's cultural practice(s) by removing his shoes before going inside the house-BIG bonus points. "I'd been having a problem with the toilet draining in my guest bathroom for a long time.  Soon it became apparent that the sink and tub were also having the same problem---the entire bathroom wasn't draining well.  Multiple plumbing companies had come out and multiple things had been tried, to no lasting avail.  Due to a previous hydroflush and camera I knew there were roots in the line and that was possibly the problem.  So when I saw the 'deal' for $300 for root removal and flushing, I called them out.  They spend quite a bit of time cutting the roots and flushing.  However sadly that didn't fix the problem.  The bathroom in question was at the farthest end of the plumbing line.  So I called them back out.  A different person than the first person came out.  We had to knock a hole in the wall to access the toilet clean out but once that was snaked the toilet worked well.  However then he had to use the sink clean out to help the sink to drain.  Then he tried to snaking the tub, but was unable.  As the tub did drain (even if a bit slow) we decided to leave it at that as it is my guest bath and not much used.  The extra work was $275.  However it has now been over a month and everything is working well.  We are SO pleased to be able to use our toilet again after many months of non-use!  Both of the people who came out were very polite and professional.  I would certainly use this company again.
