"Incredible design by Steve, and absolutely beautiful project. What an awesome company."

"I found John V. to communicate every step of the project, with any time frame changes, or additional costs, all the while thru process. The sub-contractors very punctual and efficient, always left the area cleaned up. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, upstairs and downstairs. I would recommend and use Tilebaths again."

"Very friendly. Good communication. Arrived promptly. Cleaned up well. Excellent workmanship, Waterfall is great."

"My husband and I are thrilled with our new backyard! From the beginning Andrew understood our needs and worked on a design that would give us more usable space for our family gatherings. Andrew is jus wonderful to work with! He is attentive to your needs and concerns and has an incredible vision for hardscape design and landscape. Once the design was done, they had to demolish existing cement and level our whole backyard to have more usable space. They installed pavers, lighting, gas lines for our fire pit and grill and landscape. It all came together even better than we ever imagined! The whole team was led by our project manager, Alvaro, who is a pleasure to work with. Every worker that was brought in was professional, punctual, and tidied up before they left for the day. Alvaro was always responsive and accommodating with the changes that we thought needed to be done along the way and still the project was completed on time and within the budget. We wish we could give more than 5 stars and cannot recommend this company enough! Hiring California Smartscape was the best decision we could have made and one we will enjoy for many years to come!!"

"Great! Jose was knowledgeable on landscaping. He was on time and helped me with my water dripping system. He reorganized my plants."

"I had an urgent need to renovate my bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised when Top-Pro Home Builders responded promptly and delivered an exceptional outcome. Their dedication and commitment to the project were truly remarkable. Throughout the entire process, they kept me well-informed, ensuring that I felt confident and secure in their service. I am immensely grateful for their remarkable work and their patience in dealing with a first-time construction customer like myself. Thank you so much for the outstanding job!"

"I called California Aborist and Del Mar Landscaping for an estiamte and found such a big difference in the level
of professionalism between those tow. California Arborist receptionist was very friendly and professional about making the appointment and ensuring arriving on time which they did. Paul showed up for the estimate, very knowledgeable and friendly guy. The only downside is because I wanted a service on the weekend I had to wait for a couple weeks for the service (they only schedule for saturday's service occasionally). But nevertheless it wasn't an urgent matter for me so waiting for a couple weeks for a good service was no big deal. I rather hired a company that knows and loves what they do rather then a company that can do it for the lowest price and hack my trees!!! The service was immaculate, they showed up on time, about 4 guys, even carefully remove some things off around the tree area when they were performing the trimming service(and yes they put back all the things were it belonged too) . And then clean up every thing like nothing had happened an hour later!!! It was worth the money spend for sure plus my Willow Tree looks fantastic.  (As for Del Mar Landscaping, they were not as reliable in returning phone calls.)

"Amazing.beautiful. start to finish was wonderful."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
