He promised to get back to me with an estimate...and here we are two+ weeks later and I have not heard back. I believe two weeks is a sufficient amount of time to wait before posting such a review.

Azteca contacted me, apparently there was some type of miscommunication regarding the estimate. The guy that came out thought he'd mentioned that I needed an engineer to come out to assess the damage before an estimate could be given, which is why it was never sent. I did appreciate their phone call to address the matter, which shows their level of professionalism.
