I have had them work on so many different things, from my home to my businesses, so I don't know what to say about the date and monetary amount. It varies. EVERY time they say they will be there, they are, which most people know is NOT typical of contractors. Their word is gold in my opinion. Not to mention, the work Loren and crew does is the best quaity. I know if you weren't satisified, they would come back until you were, with no extra charges (unless upgrades from original plans I would assume). I haven't been unhappy, so I haven't put this to the test, but feel strongly he would do so. They are extremely clean as well. Each day when they would leave, they would completely clean up after themselves, and you wouldn't know they were there. THAT is rare. I have referred him to multiple friends and clients of mine, and have always had positive feedback. HIGHLY recommend High Country Construction

Owners and people giving the estimate misunderstood a few things I thought were included that turned out to not be covered by insurance, but it was fairly minor. Considering all of the contractor horror stories we all hear, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. The job came out great, the workers were great, the insurance handling was excellent.An honest, reliable contractor.....go figure

When I asked and quot;how comeand quot; questions he was able to explain in easy to understand terms why. If there was other options he gave them to me. I had talked to two other companies who were willing to do the job on a weekend without proper permits, one of those bids was for $6000.00 and the other $7000.00. Kevin came in at $4400.00. LEGALLY! Kevin is a certified installer, and I had no problem getting the permit or passing inspection. I found him to be honest and very hardworking (the guy never took a break). Husby is the owner of this company. He is a licensed contractor. He was referred
to us. He came in and checked everything
out. Actually he went up on the roof too as we needed the roof to be repaired
but he would not give us any guarantee because of the liability issues. He thought that was pretty reasonable and that
is why we went to a roofer. But he did the painting for us and some clean up
stuff. He was good and did a good job. I would recommend him. Price wise he was
reasonable. He was very responsive and came out real quick. I would use him in the future.
