"Ron and his sons make themselves available at anytime for you. They have a very good group of people that work with them. The finish date was 7 weeks and they did go over that by 2 weeks. The remodel of the kitchen, living room and dining room is very good quality. Ron gives you the option of buying from his vendors for all of your needs. I would suggest shopping around yourself to get better pricing."

"Team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Expert Home Builders made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Expert team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place."

"My backyard project included installing a new redwood side fence, replacing old redwood fence boards on the back fence, removing the lawn and brick walkway and installing a new concrete patio in those areas, installing a new wood safety guard rail and installing a new ADA compliant handrail to use when walking down the backyard steps to the laundry room. I am so happy and pleased with the results! Babylon Builders transformed my backyard into a beautiful, safe space that I will enjoy for many years to come. It was a pleasure working closely with Ron on my project. Juan and his crew performed excellent, outstanding work and they always cleaned up very well. I feel so blessed and fortunate that I found Babylon Builders. I highly recommend them! Many thanks for a job well done, Babylon Builders!"

"I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. In addition to the build, the placement of the greenhouse had to be attached to my balcony. I came across Babylon Builders and after having a conversation with Ron I got excited thinking this could really happen. Ron came to the house within a few days and brought Juan and the crew so we could all go over exactly what we were hoping for. We hired their team instantly. They were very efficient, creative, and neat in their cleanup every day which was so important to me. Juan thinks outside the box and is a great problem solver in addition to being very talented in his ideas. Every day we would go outside several times a day to watch the magic happen. Juan and Ron fielded many questions and were always ready to answer our numerous questions. Ron and Juan are great people and take pride in their work. Their price was great too. In the end, the results were better than we imagined! I highly recommend Babylon Builders to anyone who wants great craftsmanship and a job you will be proud of."

"I lease a house built Stimson Const. It is a very well built home with a lot of upgraded features like self close cabinets and granite throughout. If it was slightly larger with one additional bedroom I would gladly purchase this house."

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"Great! Very fairly bids and very thorough work. The aim to please. Nice, nice people!"

"EXCELLENT! At this point I am a repeat customer of CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. Choice is the stand-out exception among its competitors. As a purchaser, one can reasonably expect that the Choice agents whom you deal with today will still be with Choice, if and when you have a reason for contacting Choice again later. Choice offers "transferrable" home warranty policies, which means that, if you later sell your home you can transfer the warranty policy coverage to your buyer, OR alternatively you can transfer your Choice warranty coverage over to cover the "new" home that you purchase. Choice also offers substantial discounts for the cost of "extended" policies that cover multiple year periods. Overall, Choice is outstanding in the home warranty coverage field."
