Mr. McGee and/or his technician have always been on time (I have using this service for many years). They are both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable letting them come to my home when I am not there. They take great pains to keep my house clean - insisting on removing their shoes when they enter. The office assistant is very friendly and calls back when she says she will - she has looked up some information for me about a service call when I needed the information quickly. The price listed above is an estimate as I pay according to a yearly contract - they call me and schedule maintenance work when it is necessary so I do not have to worry about it unless there is a problem

The technician introduced himself when he arrived and explained his procedures before he began work. He checked the units (multi-office building) and informed us of his findings after the inspection. He was clean, neat, and answered our questions. He represented the company well.

I have always been pleased with McGeeco's service for over eight years now. This time my only concern was the price. The truck and labor was 55% of the charge. That seemed high but that may be the way it is everywhere.

The tehnician found lots of leaves and debris in the A/C condensor unit and cleaned out. This could have caused problems of at least inefficiencies later on, so well worth the trip. Inspected heat exchange for cracks which could be dangerous and found no problems. Checked the duct work as OK. Found an air leak in or near the furnace and repaired to my satisfaction. Received a bill later for $32 for coil cleaner he used on outside condensor. Contract does not include such items as I understood but was a bit surprised at the cost. I have used Mr. McGee's services for 20 or more years. He replaced my furnace for me and anthother time replaced my A/C and has also added new return flow ducts to make unit more efficient. He thoroughly understands heating and A/C and would hight recommend. Mr. McGee did not do the work this time personally as before.

It is a small company. They are always very responsive. We called them to come out when the fan in the air conditioning unit stopped working. We thought that we were going to have to purchase a brand new unit and the man came out and dug into the air conditioner. He found out that one of the components had come loose and caused the fan to lock up. In the end it only cost us a couple of hundred dollars when he easily could have told that we would need to replace the entire unit and cost us a couple of thousand dollars. I was even more impressed with that because he came out on Easter Sunday. There was another time when out furnace would not work and they were willing to come out on Thanksgiving. They always come very promptly and do the work without a lot of fanfare. They have a reasonable price for their work.
