I pay the annual contract service. They were the people that serviced the house that I rented and they did a great job so when I moved in to my own house I continued with them. I have been in the house for four years now and they have done an excellent job. If there is any kind of emergency they come out and they deal with it. If you have an annual service contract then you get additional discounts on any additional servicing that occurs. The technician is outstanding. He is a personable guy and very competent. He is very thorough and very efficient, just a delight to deal with. I am a widow so I am comfortable with him. The office staff is lovely. The price and everything is very much worth the value.
