"When we originally bought their equipment was out of service so we waited. Then when we tried to book they argued we didn't have a valid coupon. Then they came on time, but were really quick. In and out. Not much care seemed to happen. He left. Usually there an hour - this time was about 15 min. We left next day for 2 weeks for XMAS break. On return did our first load of laundry and it flooded out. We called and asked if they could come back and do a better job, they said no."
