When we originally bought their equipment was out of service so we waited. Then when we tried to book they argued we didn't have a valid coupon. Then they came on time, but were really quick. In and out. Not much care seemed to happen. He left. Usually there an hour - this time was about 15 min. We left next day for 2 weeks for XMAS break. On return did our first load of laundry and it flooded out. We called and asked if they could come back and do a better job, they said no.

Jetted some of the roots and left others. Said jetting those he left shouldn't be jetted because jetting of them might damage sewer. Recommended lining sewer line for a cost of $7000.

I am happy with my new sink and faucet. The stainless steel sink will be easy to take care of. Joe was very efficient and polite. I would use him again for plumbing needs.

I hired Aragon Plumbing to fix my 2 running toilets in my condo unit and a third one that wasn't refilling. The tanks were refilling every 7 minutes. The guy suggesting replacing the fill valves. He replaced them and 7 minutes later the water level had dropped in the tank again and began to refill. I pointed this out to him and he said "the water level is fine" to which I replied, "well it's obviously lowering so the water is going somewhere." He then suggested it might be the flapper, but he would have to order it because he did not have that size on his truck. He added that if it wasn't the flush valve or the flapper, it might be that the pressure coming into the building may be too high. Not sure how pressure being too high would make my toilet tank LOSE water, but I contacted my HOA anyway. He charged me for installing the 3 fill valves, only one of which was faulty (the one that wasnt refilling) and left. My HOA contacted me back and said that they had the pressure regulator replaced a little bit ago and that the pressure was okay. Meanwhile, I bought my own flapper and installed it that night and my toilets still run. I email Aragon Plumbing and tell them that the fill valve he replaced wasn't the answer, the water pressure wasn't the answer, and the flapper wasn't the answer. He then responds with, "Actually all your fill valves where faulty . At this point either we order a Douglass valve or replace the toilet." Actually only one fill valve was faulty, and replacing the others did not solve the running toilet he was hired to fix. It's not like they started running again after he left. They were still running while he was still here and could SEE the water dropping. He made 3 guesses and they were all wrong. Mind you, there are only 3 parts in a toilet bowl and he is on his 4th guess of why my toilet that was CLEARLY losing water from the tank. And to tell me my toilets may need to be replaced after he told me when he was at my condo that my toilets were very good quality. So I paid $100 to Angies List for $200 of service and then paid another $200 on site to install something I did not need. It's now a week later and my toilets are still running (every 5 minutes now) and I am exactly where I started but with $300 less dollars to solve my problem. But hey, no big deal. We have plenty of water in this town so two constantly running toilets isn't an issue. Thanks Aragon Plumbing! Purchased my own flappers for $12 and replaced myself and it solved the running toilet. Also paid $26 each for two new fill valves to replace the oversized one Aragon Plumbing installed that was getting stuck on the side of the tank and would not rise. So in the end I paid $300 to pay Aragon Plumbing to do nothing and ended up doing it all myself for an additional $76.

Had an emergency joe came out and saved us from ultimate disaster. My plumber for life

Very well mannered. Punctual and knew what they were doing because the job did not take that long. The level of professionalism is above what I expected. The price is fair and my water heater is working WAY better than my last one. I will definitely call them again for all my plumbing work. Finally found a good Plumber.
