"Today was the first day we used Marina's Cleaning Service. The job performed was disappointing and the cleaning crew dispatched was extremely unprofessional. Our office is consisted of two floors. The cleaning crew started working on the second floor first. Significant portions of upstairs bathrooms/lunch room were left uncleaned. They also did not put the furniture back in place after vacuuming. When reminded nicely they simply ignored us. When they moved on to the first floor, our manager asked them to return upstairs and finish what's undone. One of the crew members became very hostile and even replied "clean it yourself, you f****** b*****." Both of them took off and left the job. The cleaning crew dispatched to our company were obviously very poorly trained. When we brought the dispute to Marina's office manager Michelle, the response we received was very lukewarm and detached. She claimed that the employee who acted out never had an incident like this. Due to scheduling conflicts they were also unable to dispatch another team to us. After such ridiculous turn of events we cannot recommend this company to anyone."
