"I am very grateful that I went with this company. They did an amazing job and it only took them about a month to complete. From the day I met Alon the contractor I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through every step of the process and even was nice enough to go shopping with me for tiles. He was very honest from day one and that is what I appreciated. The people who came to work in the house were also very respectful, punctual, and professional. Freddy was also very helpful and I thank him as well for his patience. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends. I didbhave some issues with the city inspectors but the company was patient with them as well and did everything they needed to do to make sure that my home was up to code. Thanks Goodfellas!!"

"Just Do It Builders is an Amazing company and I would gladly recommend it for any work you need to do in your house. I live in San Diego. I had gotten few quotes before them to do my kitchen and bathroom and they were not the most or least expensive but when Matt arrives in my house, he was the first and only that completely understood my wants and needs. He listen to my concerns and every single details that i requested. He was really professional and meticulous. He showed up on time. My kitchen and bathroom were so old and i love the end results. It was a very fair price for this quality work. I felt part of the project by choosing the materials and colors. Matt was able to show me examples of pictures that really got me inspired as well. All the people involved did a wonderful job. They left the house really clean. Matt also worked with me on prices when possible. I was not really experienced in the home remodeling industry but thank to Matt who manage the entire project, I learned a great deal and my bathroom and kitchen look really fantastic.I m again so pleased with everything. I cannot wait to come back from home now and relax after a day at work to enjoy my new kitchen and bathroom. It was really worth every dimes.
Thank you again to all the team of Just do it Builders. I really appreciate the work you did and I will definitely hire you again for future project.

"When I first talked to their scheduler I told them my primary interest was getting the rain gutters cleaned and reattached to the house. He sent a salesman to our house and he quoted a price of $400 to seal around roof pipes and attach gutter back to house. I told him the above items I wanted fixed. They sub-contracted a roofer from Azusa Ca.(pretty far away) to do the work. He sealed the roof pipes and chimney, partially cleaned the gutters, and just pushed the detached gutters back into the holes from which they had fallen away. He said he didn't have the tools to properly reattach the gutter and wouldn't want to drill holes into the seamless rain gutter. Of course it just fell away again with the last rain. I pointed out two choke points in the gutters and he cleaned one of them. I suppose it was partly my fault that this went poorly, but I did tell 3 people-scheduler, salesman, and sub worker what I wanted. MY roofer says the sealing he did on the roof was okay. When I bought a deal in the past some workers came and did the job. I don't know if this company has any roofers, if they do why did they send a sub-contractor.

"Came across Chimney Sweep Guy a few years back, Andy completed the job quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I have no complaints and would recommend him to anyone looking for a chimney sweep guy, see you next time!!"
While it’s possible to sweep your own chimney, it’s usually not a good idea for two reasons. First, inexperienced DIYers are more likely to miss areas of the chimney, which still leaves the risk of house fire due to the remaining residue. Second, chimney sweeping seems like a simple process, but it’s highly dangerous. Soot and creosote are both carcinogenic and can cause breathing issues and lung damage. If you don’t take the same safety precautions that professionals do, you could be putting yourself at risk of serious bodily harm.
Some of the most common chimney problems include:
Creosote buildup
Chimney blockage
Deteriorating brickwork or stonework
Cracked chimney top
Damaged flashing
Flue liner damage or deterioration
Damaged chimney cap
If you suspect you have a chimney problem, contact a masonry contractor for an inspection.
The average cost for a professional chimney cleaning is around $250, but prices range from $130 to $400 or more, depending on a few factors. Some things that have an impact on your total include the size of your chimney, the number of chimneys cleaned, and how accessible the chimneys are.
The National Fire Prevention Agency (NFPA) recommends chimney sweeping once per year as a means of avoiding house fires and massive property damage. Over time, creosote and soot build up in your chimney from burning wood and a lack of ventilation. These compounds are both highly flammable, which means a build-up of them inside your chimney puts you at an increased risk of house fire. Chimney sweeping removes any residue and helps reduce the risk of property damage and personal injury from fire.
On average, chimney repairs cost about $455. However, because of the vast range of potential repairs needed, the cost to repair a chimney ranges widely from $160 to $15,000, depending on the type and extent of repairs required.
