We agreed upon a reasonable price and replaced the sewer line leak, removed the roots and provided a very convenient clean out valve for any future issues. He has been very responsive, timely and somewhat just as important, he cleans up after the work is done. For me, he has been very reliable and my plumber of choice since then"

"I contacted California Drains because my parent's home was completely backed up to the point where dirty water was coming out from the drains inside and outside their home. They promptly answered and booked me in the same day. They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. Price was very reasonable, and the workers were very professional. Left everything clean and drains were completely cleared. I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff"
