"I had an almost immediate response from Justin. He was very professional and did his best to fit me in ASAP. He was a great communicator and when he and Jason arrived he was friendly and efficient and in probably under 15 minutes had replaced the door sweep on my front door. But wait, there is more! As I was writing out the check and we were talking (very comfortable and kind and knowledgeable), I mentioned I might have something else for him to look at at another time.
