I rated B on price because it seems like a lot for floor cleaning, but I guess that's what you pay in SoCal! The stone is absolutely clean & shiny, but it wasn't too bad to start. The dingy grout was the reason for the cleaning. Plus, some grout had become missing. Scott replaced the missing grout. However, overall the grout is not as light as when we moved in 2.5 years ago, but Scott assured us he cleaned as clean as it could be. He suspected our maid was using something oily like Pine-Sol, but I found out later they use a stone & granite cleaner, so that's not it after all. I hope the 'clean' lasts longer than a couple of years. If not, we may bite the bullet and replace with engineered wood. Our previous residence had wood and in the 5 years we lived there, it never needed this type of cleaning and always looked gorgeous!"

"It was a pleasure doing business with Vince at The Floor Maintenance Co. Not only does he have an admirable business model but he is really a nice guy. My concrete and brick patio floor was a horrendous mess. An inept handyman had smeared concrete over all the bricks. He was the only one who had a solution. His crew came and in one day my patio was restored clean, and looking better than ever. If there were ten stars, he and his company would have them."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
