"Robert returned my call the same day. Gave me a price over the phone and said he could do it the next morning. Came out and did the job in 45 minutes. Replaced the attic fan motor, thermostat and fan blades. Great job, clean, neat, and professional. Will definitely use him for all my electrical needs."

"Had a problem with our HVAC - the system fan sounded noisy. Turns out Keon was able to trace the problem to a damper in my zoning module, and fixed the problem. I have found the default advice from other HVAC companies is to advise a module replacement. I'm happy that is not Perfect Star's way of working, and happy Keon could isolate the problem so quickly.."

"Ivan and his team did a great job installing a ceiling fan in a location that was not already pre-wired for one. His pricing was reasonable and he did a great job explaining the work. His communication could be better on his planned time of arrival and confirming appointments in advance. I appreciate how clean he keeps his job site and the professional appearance of the work he completed. I will definitely use him again."

"Job was tough due to small working space. They persisted and got the work done! Appreciated the extra help with cleanup and arranging the dryer for maximum efficiency."

"Excellent service. Did not try to sell me anything. Jeff is tall so he cheerfully changed my air filter in the ceiling, I really like this service."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Hillman Electrical Corp did a phenomenal job at installing generators for several of my properties. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up as they worked so they didn’t make any extra work for me or my tenants. Because of these numerous Bay Area fires, I was really afraid but Lonnie put me at ease with his warm smile and ability to communicate so throughly with us all. We are all grateful for the choice to install generators. I would refer him and his workers to anyone who needs generator (s) or any electrical work as he also updated 2 panels for me quickly when my tenants complained of flickering lights that could have caused a major fire, I learned this later from Lonnie. He and his assistants/workers were so nice and they made my tenants and myself, very comfortable. Please accept this recommendation of high praises for Hillman Electrical Corp for the 25years experience they bring to the industry, I really appreciate their work ethic."

"Jesus installed an 86 inch TV and also installed the receiver and hooked up speakers. He was polite, professional and very reasonable. I would hire Jesus again anytime. Excellent service."
