After a review was conducted, by flowing the panel requirements, both heater and cooling system needed to be upgraded. The new system is a Lennox. The cooling system has more ventilation than my previous one. The heater is only 14 inches across. I also have a smart thermostat which can be operated by phone or by touch. "in the beginning i got 3 quotes, his was the highest but I like him because i felt he is more knowledgeable and personable. He came the next day after we had an agreement. the work was good except that when he laid the landscape wire in my yard I asked him to run it next to my retaining wall to better hide it.
