Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me.
