"Mixed at best. I called for help removing a crow stuck in my chimney. The company came out over the course of three days. On the final day, a new technician arrived and simply reached up the chimney and removed the bird by hand—quick and straightforward. While the issue was resolved, I was surprised by how drawn out and expensive the process became. Worse, I later discovered I’d been enrolled in a six-month recurring pest control contract without clear explanation. Despite paying $4,352 up front, the company insists I still owe for two additional months, even after I submitted a written cancellation. The communication was confusing, and the billing felt deceptive. I would not have agreed to recurring pest services for a one-time wildlife issue."
