"Mike is awesome. He showed up when promised, evaluated all of my screens, and determined which ones needed replacement and which did not. Several of my frames were older and required fabrication of new ones, which Mike accomplished on-site. There were a couple of odd-sized screens for a double-hung patio door with sidelights which Mike did not have mounting hardware for, but he was procured it in a couple of days and returned to fabricate and mount those screens as well. He's a super friendly guy, knows his stuff, and was completely ready to do the job to whatever level I wanted. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
