I talked to Taylor, the owner, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He came over the following day (as I had hoped) and was equally pleasant and professional. I was impressed that he arrived on time and seemed to actually enjoy the work. He was done in no time, so I inquired about an issue in the guest bathroom and asked when he could come back. Once there an estimate of 1 hour to complete the job was given and that timeline was meet. There was a little confusion about a quote, so I would recommend calling them directly to discuss the price of the job, but even with that the company worked with me on the price. Good customer service."
