"On time. Worked very hard until job was completed same day! Professional, polite, prompt dedicated crew who knows what they are doing. Complete team effort. If I could, I would rate them a 10!. Excellent job! No standing around, when they left, they cleaned up ALL debris, didn't even leave a leaf! The huge overgrown oak tree looks like an artist painting. They took pains not to drop branches on our house or porch. They were safety orientated from the beginning. Our 80 ft pine fell over with that last snow and wind, blocking our yard and drive. When they left, it was if that 25yr old pine tree never was there!! Amazing work. I don't do these surveys, but had to take exception. Innovative did a wonderful job, and I want to thank them. Incase you are wondering, this is the first time I used them, but won't hesitate to call them if we need their type of service. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
