 + -1 moreSteve has done work for me in the past (remodel of an older house). He stands by his work and has been my go -to guy when I have additional repairs or issues. We recently found that a deck coming of the master bedroom had a rotted floor board. Needing the work done quickly to accommodate a renter, Steve came over with short lead time, replaced and resealed the roof. He is a jack of all trades and has my solid recommendation. Please note the repair cost include all of the roofing materials needed. Labor was about $1,000.
