"NEW CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY â â -Great experience. I saved a few hundred dollars from other bids I received.Their crew came in and did the set up and even gave me a couple of design ideas on how to make it flow better. Mike - the owner watched over the project from start to finish. It was also nice that the work was completed in (3) days start to finish. also had them reroute some drip irrigation into a planter area. I have also recommended them to a few friends that had some paving and seal coating done on their driveways."

"We live at Lake Lanier with a fairly steep property from the street to the lake. When we have a heavy rain, it washes all of our mulch onto the driveway causing a cleaning headache. Spaulding had to build the new driveway with a tilt that directs the water between my property and my neighbor's. Riprap was installed on both sides of the driveway to keep mulch off of the driveway. The workmen from Spaulding arrived on time, were very professional, knew exactly what had to be accomplished in order to solve our water problem. The driveway looks beautiful, it was reasonably priced and will continue to solve our water problem for years to come."

"Josh and his team works for me for more than 20 years. He did between 12 and 15 of my restaurants every year. From basic striping to resurfacing parking lots. He works hard. He works unusual hours. Though they may look similar, tar and bitumen come from different sources. Bitumen is a petroleum product—extracted during crude oil refining—and is mostly made up of hydrocarbons. You don't technically need to seal your driveway after pressure washing, but doing so will help keep your driveway clean for longer. The best driveway sealer depends on the type of driveway you have. To seal asphalt, consider an asphalt emulsion sealer, fast-drying sealer, or latex acrylic sealer. Concrete driveways commonly use acrylic sealers or penetrating sealers.

Chip seal lasts only 5 to 8 years on average. This lifespan is significantly shorter than asphalt. It is also less durable.
