"On time. Very professional. Excellent work. I would highly recommend GC Demo & Excavation, inc."

"We had Ocean Seven Builders redo our roof after a small leak turned into a bigger problem. Ron was the one we dealt with, and he just felt easy to talk to from the start. No pressure, no upselling, just explained what made sense. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked pretty steadily through the job. What I noticed most was how clean they kept things?no nails or trash left around. The roof looks great and we?ve had zero issues since."

"Chris gave me the estimate right when he saw the job. Price was very affordable. Due to the changing weather conditions he kept in touch about when the job would be started. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend and use again"

"They did an excellent job on our driveway .They were prompt and all workers were very good. I would highly recommend them for this type of work!"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Josh and his team works for me for more than 20 years. He did between 12 and 15 of my restaurants every year. From basic striping to resurfacing parking lots. He works hard. He works unusual hours. And he did whatever he needed to do to keep my business operating while he was resurfacing or sealing my parking lot. Most companies will not extend that service to you. Nobody’s perfect, but he tries to me the customers needs. And he was always available when I called him."

"Great family team installed drain rock in large garden pathsâ ¦ quickly, efficiently, and left everything in perfect order. We will use them again and recommend to our neighbors."
