I am Johnie Parker, owner and operator of Parker Landscape & Maintenance. I try my best to schedule and perform services on a "as soon as possible" basis and never leave a job unfinished. Customer satisfaction alway #1. I offer one time clean ups as well as weekly and bi weekly full lawn care service. My company offers full lawn care service on a one time clean up, bi weekly and weekly service. I have over 16 years experience in sprinkler and irrigation systems including valves and timers. I am here for all your flower, plant, shrub, tree installations as well as sod and full sprinkler installation.

Johnie is very responsive and engaging, definitely focused on making sure you get exactly what you want. Communication is excellent and we received some good feedback on ideas we had for future landscaping projects. As for the work, he showed up early and knocked it out and did a better job than I had any right to expect. We will definitely be reaching out for help with future projects here first.

He was very professional and personable. It was very helpful that he explained the work he was going to do. He took time and was very precise about his work. Johnie Parker was pleasant to work with. He was here on time and days he said he'd be. He helped me find a place that delivered bark and picked up a few supplies for the sprinkler system. He replaced all valves, most of the sprinkler heads, planted small flowers and shrubs. He laid out the drip irrigation to the new plants and spread the mulch. He dug up a bush and small tree. He left the yard/street clean and hauled away all debris. The overall work has left the yard in front and back far better looking than when he arrived. I bought supplies from a list and a supply house he suggested prior to start and all the plants/shrubs. We started the work without a written estimate which ended up in a misunderstanding but we were able to come to an agreeable compromise. After several hot days a few plants were showing distress or had died, so I followed up with fine tuning or in some cases turning on a few sprinkler heads so they would water as needed.

Overall, he did what was needed and was reasonably priced. There was one wiring fix I would have liked to have completed but he indicated it would be very expensive to fix it. Turns out it was a simple fix.

Not a reliable company! Their warranty is as worthless as their work. They replaced some lawn valves and provided a 30 day warranty in writing. When called back well within that time frame to fix major leaking they would not return our many calls and we tried for days. We had to hire another company to fix their shoddy work. Do not use this company!

$89 tune up didn't get much. Had to fork out additional $200 to get repairs complete.

Extremely well. There was full disclosure on the options open to me, and when I contracted for additional work it was done promptly. Very informational, pleasant, and efficient. I paid an additional $100 for replacement of diaphram and electrical component for drip irrigation system. Because I used the Angie's List for special, I was discounted on the additional work including labor.

Great! The guys arrived on time. I explained my concerns about the sprinklers and the expectation that they would sleuth around, because I knew I didn't know what was wrong with them, and I was hoping they could figure it out! They did their thing, explained to me what needed repair, how they repaired it, and how to work my sprinkler system. They were great! They also gave me a general estimate on some landscaping I had in mind, after they told me they do landscaping too!

Admittedly our sprinkler/drip system piping is a nightmare for anyone and errors were made, but corrected. We went over budget, but Cary and Johnie stuck with it until we resolved the issues. Cary worked exceptionally hard.

Johnny and Kyle arrived and got right to work. Figured out the problem and repaired it. They also checked out all the other sprinkler and replaced two or three at no additional cost due to being slightly late. Gave us a 25% discount. Will be calling them again to discuss adding trees to the front yard. Very nice people

Problem solved. All faulty parts replaced and new shutoff valves installed in both front and back yard. All sprinkler heads checked and adjusted. It was 105 degrees yesterday afternoon!

I could not be happier! Johnie was right on time, got to work with no wasted time. Adjusted all the sprinklers, repaired several drip lines that were broken and adjusted our timer. During his inspection, Johnie discovered 3 valves that were leaking and recommended that they be replaced (we knew this ahead of time so were expecting this recommendation). We went ahead and had him do the job (Extra $250.00). Another sprinkler company wanted $900.00 for the same job. We will use him again and highly recommend him.
