Re-stuccoed my home. Overall, they did a good job, however on the final coat they seemed to rush to complete tje wprl by the end of day and perhaps had a less skilled worker doing one area that was very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, when they taped the windows in plastic, the red duct tape used was left on too long and when removed all windows frames had paint pulled of and had to hire a painter to repaint them all. When I asked the owner about the paint on the windows, he said that was normal, however that was never addressed in oral or written form. I was sued to pay the final payment. Also, they asked for 1/3 down and the law is only 10% or $1000. Too, the written contract was not in accordance with regulations. 99% is not acceptable for a job.
Description of Work: They were to remove all items attached to side of house (down spouts, lights, awnings, etc), pressure wash, knock down protruding ridges of old stucco, apply weld-crete for adhesion of scratch coat. Apply tinted finish coat then put all items taken off back on.
