My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. "Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."
