Petersen Plumbing Services

This is THE BEST plumbing company I've used. My water heater stopped working, and after many tries to get the pilot lit, I called Petersen plumbing. They were able to give me a time later in the afternoon and were able to accommodate a specific time request I had. When they arrived, I told them that I thought it was the thermocouple, as I had replaced one before, and it seemed to be the same issue. They could have easily charged me for a new thermocoupler. However, they were able to get the pilot lit themselves (I must have not primed the gas enough?). Not only did they not charge me for a part that I didn't need, but they didn't even charge me for the trip, since they hadn't quoted me a trip fee before they arrived. It's so nice to have a plumber I can trust!

John came within 15 minutes of my calling in for a toilet flapper replacement. He was courteous, conscientious and knowledgeable. He had the right part with him. In 15 minutes he had done the replacement, so I had him replace one in my other toilet also as preventative maintenance. Petersen Plumbing has a 1 hour minimum, so this apparently simple task (I did not realize how simple) cost $189 plus parts. Seemed a bit steep. But, I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

They were incredible. We used them in October 2012. They helped us out with a water heater replacement. They were wonderful. They gave us a thoughtful service. They did not try to upsell us. They were honest and experts in their field. I can't remember the exact cost, but it was reasonable. I would use their services again.

They showed up on time, were knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would. They took the time to explain what they were doing and then did a good job.

They were very professional. They explained different things that could cause problems, and they explained different options. They were very helpful in fixing the problem and talking to me about how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would trust them to do any other plumbing jobs. I thought they were trustworthy and reasonable. The price is about average.

Went great. PPS was punctual, fast, very professional. Took care to protect the floor and was extremely focused on doing the job right. Discussed project, clarified everything and then did the job quickly. Work is solid and was done to my really high standards! Have already contacted them to do another project in the house.
