Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. "The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from
one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock
which makes it very secure.

During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if
there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. 
Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came
with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.
